Simona Fabrizio is an Italian chef born and raised in Rome. She was always passionate about cooking and began cooking in the kitchen with her grandmother and mother. She was professionally trained in London, England, and at the famous Gambero Rosso culinary school in Rome. Simona interned at the world-renowned two Michelin Star Melisse in Los Angeles, CA, and The French Laundry in Napa Valley, CA. On November 20, Simona Fabrizio will share her talents in presenting authentic Italian creations for guests to enjoy at Martini Modern Italian.
